We’ve partnered with Loop Returns to make your return or exchange process as smooth and easy as possible. Here’s everything you need to know:
Extended Holiday Return Window
We’ve extended our return window to 90 days for purchases made during the holiday season, giving you extra time to shop with confidence.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. Whenever possible, please return them in the original poly mailer. Using other packaging may result in higher shipping costs, which the customer will be responsible for covering.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Loop Returns Portal for a seamless process.
Free Exchanges:
We’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or product.
Free Return Shipping:
We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible returns. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered with our simple refund process. Here’s how it works:

Refund Details:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Free Return Shipping:
We’ll provide a free return shipping label for all eligible refunds. However, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional Information
- Third-Party Purchases: Returns and exchanges for items purchased outside of the Iron Oak online or in-person events cannot be processed through us. Please handle them directly with the original retailer.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you’ve received a damaged item (what we call a “bad egg”) your can still process the exchange through this link, or if you need further assistance contact us at support@ironoaktx.com, and we’ll make it right.
