Good. Lovely car, that was as described. No full on sales pitch. Explanation about finance and warranties, but not pushed aggressively. Great sales guy, who was personable and answered questions.
We shall see if I’m as happy in a couple of months, but atm, I'm impressed.

Very disappointing experience with Carsa.

I purchased a 3 year old vehicle from Carsa and unfortunately the issues started almost immediately.

Within the first 30 days I discovered that the car had been supplied with two illegal tyres, including one with a bulge. I had to replace both tyres myself, and despite the tyres being supplied in an illegal condition, Carsa only reimbursed 50% of the cost.

I also reported a noticeable vibration/wobble at higher speeds, which is still unresolved.

There was also a knocking noise when turning at low speed. After Carsa was unwilling to resolve this, I had to take the car to Skoda myself, where the issue was rectified under the Skoda warranty.

More recently, I noticed that the boot lid does not sit centrally within the opening. On closer inspection, there appears to be rippling/distortion to the bodywork around the boot hinges, raising concerns that the car may previously have sustained rear-end impact damage. This was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle.

Given the number of issues I've experienced, particularly those identified shortly after purchase, I am extremely disappointed with both the vehicle and the aftersales service I've received.

I have now formally asked Carsa to accept rejection of the vehicle and provide a full refund. At the time of writing, this matter remains unresolved.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Carsa.

We've been looking for a car for a little while and the team made a real effort to make the process as smooth as possible. We test drove a couple of cars before thinking we were out of luck, but Eric in particular was really helpful in finding something else suitable for us. In fact, everyone in the branch is receptive and accommodating. It's nice to feel like you're talking to normal, down-to-earth people when discussing cars. We've gone back to the same branch to buy another car soon after - and would recommend.

Joven was very helpful and patient and took his time to explain everything clearly! Very happy with the service.

Carsa Gloucester - Disappointed in the level of service -
Key issue was my refusal to take up the offer of the warranty tied to Carsa. Having declined the offer, a large man sat down opposite me and effectively attempted to bully me into accepting this add-on. I'm afraid the whole experience of purchasing this car was generally unpleasant.

We had an amazing experience with Carsa, Erik made everything straightforward and highlighted all the important information to us. The whole team were extremely friendly throughout and gave amazing service.

Faz is a great salesman very helpful with everything and great customer service

The car was really clean and well prepared, apart from the rear wiper arm which was broken and not picked up in prep.Also, this wasn't fixed as we were told, but Corsa will pay for it's replacement. Good overall.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Carsa Gloucester. I recently purchased a Nissan X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE from Carsa from there. All it started with Josh Adam who was very friendly and supportive, special mention of Barry at Gloucester store ( sorry if I got your name wrong).The team were very welcoming, friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable and clearly experienced in what they were selling, which gave me confidence in my purchase.
