Serves 2

Ingredients
• 110 Grams Diced Chorizo
• 1 Large Chicken Breast
• 1 Onion
• 6 Cloves Garlic
• 1 Red Bell Pepper
• 200 Grams of Risotto Rice
• 400 Ml Chicken Stock
• 100 Ml of Double Cream
• 70 Grams Grated Parmesan

Method
1. Start by softening your onions and garlic and then add in your red pepper, chorizo and chicken! When the chicken is cooked through add the risotto rice and mix it through.
2. Pour in the chicken stock and let it reduce by half before adding in your cream and Parmesan and mix it through, when all the liquid is absorbed serve and enjoy! Absolutely DELICIOUS !!!
