Hrna Eatz on Instagram: "Recipe ⤵️ The Perfect Chiles Rellenos 🫑🧀🤍 Ingredients: Chiles - 4 egg yolks - 8 egg whites - 1/2 c flour - 1 tsp salt - 7-8 poblano peppers - 8 oz Monterey Jack (sliced into strips) - 8 oz queso quesadilla (sliced in strips) Salsa: - 5-6 tomatoes - 1-2 jalapeños - 3-4 garlic cloves - 1/2 tsp cumin - 1/4 onion - 1/2 tsp oregano - 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp neutral oil Directions: 1. start the salsa: boil your tomatoes & jalapeños until soft. 2. add them to a blender with onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, salt, cumin, and 1 1/2 c of the water you boiled the tomatoes in. blend until smooth. set aside. 3. start on your peppers: preheat your air fryer. air fry them at 400F for 13-15mins. let them chill in air fryer for 3-4 mins

Recipe: 1-lb of Chorizo 1- medium diced white onion 2- diced fresh jalapeños 2-tablespoons fresh minced garlic 4-cups or more of shredded Queso Chihuahua or your favorite melting cheese Procedure: 1️⃣ In a skillet on medium heat, start by cooking the chorizo until cooked through. Once cooked, take out the chorizo and reserve for later use. 2️⃣ In the same skillet, add the onion, jalapeno and garlic and cook for until onions are translucent, then add 2 cups of shredded cheese and spread over the onion mixture and add the reserved chorizo and adding another 2 cups shredded cheese on top spreading the cheese evenly. Hrna Eatz on Instagram: "Chile Colorado de Res 🌶️🥩 Recipe - 3 lbs chuck roast - 9-10 guajillo chiles - 2 ancho chiles - 2 new mexico chiles - 1 tbsp beef bouillon - 1/2 tbsp salt - 1 tsp cumin - 2-3 bay leaves - 1 tbsp oil - 4-5 peppercorn - 4 garlic cloves - 1/2 an onion Directions: 1. Deseed and clean your peppers, and add them to a pot with hot water. Cook on medium low for 8-10 mins until softened. 2. Once softened add them to a blender with 3 cups of water (I like to use the water from the peppers). Add in salt, beef bouillon, oregano, onion, garlic, peppercorn, bay leaves, and cumin. Recipe ⤵️ * Cut a boston butt into big chunks, seasoning it liberally with @diamondcrystalsalt * In a Dutch oven, melt 1 lb lard and then sear your pork until it’s brown on all sides (next time I would have seared it in 1/2 the lard and added the other 1/2 after) * Once it’s brown, add 1 onion, 1 orange (add juice first then the peels), 2 bay leaves, 1 can of evaporated milk, 2 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp pepper * Let it cook on medium low-low for 1.5 hours and then add in a Mexican coke (uses cane sugar vs high corn fructose) * Continue cooking until the meat is tender, about 30 minutes (depending on how hot you cook yours, cooking times can vary) * Once the meat is tender, shred it finely and then ladle a few l
