The game is interesting, but I agree that it might need a bit more explanation. The art is nice and the music fits well. I kind of miss having the option to rearrange the cards once they are placed on the board, but I imagine the consequences are part of the gameplay. Once you start accumulating negative cards and nothing good comes up, it's ggs, but very entertaining to play!
The concept is very clever, I like the theme interpretation of decay as well. However the game could use a little more explaining about it, the world and how to play. Music, narration and art while decent, can be made to fit the game better. Overall a very nice concept that can be polished up.
We survived for 72 days and won with 100 gold. A great game with a nice ending. It’s a shame we had to bury all the villagers :(
Very interesting gameplay. We’d love to play the full version if it ever comes out. It would be great to add more variety, maybe some random events.
The art is beautiful and music is charming. I wish i have more control over building the town. But it's the decay theme, so what happens at the end fits really well
I liked the concept of town builder card game. Good job.
I have 0 clue how to increase happiness. Too real.
Despite almost everything draining faith, I've only got chapel at 76th turn, lol. Abundance of negative cards make this town an embodiment of decay!
Thank you so much for playing!
And no way you made it to turn 76... Never got that far to be honest. The game is rigged, so the longer it goes the harder (the worse) the cards. But turn 76 is actually quite impressive (at least to me) :)
I had a city full of very unhappy and very corrupted criminals
Great Vibe and I liked the visuals! Would love to see a more fleshed-out gameplay loop where you can manage the card draw in some way so you can achieve a sustainable hand!
