Short and sweet gameboy game with fun combat and fun puzzle. I am the most suspicious saviour of Biscotti Town and I am proud of it.

One of my favourite game in the jam. The artstyle and the music was really cool! I even tipped the security code and it was correct! Good job! I like it! :)

the game was fun but I kinda got stuck on the securitty password part for a while and had to give up, aside from that, like the artstyle, everything is great.

Developer

Thank you very much for playing. I got several feedbacks about the password so I'll definitely make it better in the future game :)

The Gameboy aesthetic is super cool! Sad to say I got stuck on the security password bit though, will have to give it another shot later! Well done!

I love the style of this game as well as the combat mechanics, although the enemy used only one kind of move for the fight. I think this game has a lot of potential.

Developer

Thank you very much for your feedback. The enemies should have 3 moves randomly. I'll check how to make the randomize better for the next game in the future. Thank you again for playing my game :)

Interesting combact mechanics. Would have liked for the screen to be a tad bigger. Overall well done!

Thank you for playing my game. I used GB Studio so the size is limited to Game Boy screen. I'm glad you find the combat mechanics interesting. Thank you again for playing :)

I see a Pokemon game when it stares directly at me, haha. Very funny game! The combat actually felt fun - I was a bit worried when you said it was rock–paper–scissors, but it turned out to be really entertaining. Getting the password was a bit tedious (I guess I wasn’t reading that carefully...). And in case you’re wondering, I didn’t betray Earth at the end.

Developer

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have several comment about password so I'll definitely improve it in the future :)

An old-school adventure game styled like a 1st gen pokemon game... The game appears dialogue heavy at first but then quickly changes gears. I like that the game kept it fresh over its runtime, and, most of all, contained multiple endings! Overall, very cute game!

Great Gameboy vibes! Although there were some pixel size inconsistencies, the music and colour palette lined up great. Great use of SFX as well. I ended up brute-forcing the code, but the fight was very cool! It was kind of easy (I read the alien so well I beat it damageless), but I really like the idea, and it was still fun to play!

Such a good atmosphere vibe and story. I absolutely love the dialogue system and confusing all the characters :)! The art is amazing, And the gameboy style is the best style ive seen in this game! The gameplay is quite nice! A couple suggestions:

  • When talking, or you need to talk to someone add a little button icon in the corner, to show that you can do something
  • Let the player start the main gameplay of the game a bit faster

Great job!

Thank you for your feedback. I hope you enjoy the game :)
