Very nice game, the controls respond well, which is satisfying!
Nice game, I like how accurate and smooth the attacks were and the variety in weapons. I was so unlucky though, only getting bad rewards from high risks :(
The theme is well executed but damn, the rng was harsh on me ahahah. Well done!

Cool game! I didn't really understand the benefit of getting the high risk option, but it was overall a nice "swarm of enemies" type of game.
I liked how you embraced the theme!
I might recommend actually backing off the risk a little bit, when I hit risky pull it just insta-killed me at one point.
The art choice wasn't really my favorite, but I can see an opportunity where you dial up the gibs and carnage and still have it read as SFW because of the child-cartoon style.
I also recommend more visual feedback on hit, more fluid attack animation, and variance in the sounds (the squish noise was a little grating).

thankyou for the feedback!! and yup the insta kill has been a very common complaint, will definitely balance it better. and i get what you saying about the art style, but tbh it was the best we could do, since we started 3 days late. really appreciate you trying out the game!

I think it would have been really good to see what the potential rewards / punishments were for the high risk and low risk options. To really get a sense of what you were risking.
on a more complex note I think games often fall into the trap of just doing 'number up good, number down bad' it would have been really neat to see something a little different from the rewards like a cool new weapon or a modifier to make the zombies all behave differently. Something that adds a little spice and makes the overall experience more engaging.
I think the art and presentation was all pretty great! More feedback when getting hit is always good, sounds, vfx, a knock back effect on the player (all that jazz)
Overall a good entry and a great attempt at a top down shooter type game well done
yup yup i totally get what youre saying, we failed a bit on the player feedback aspect of it all. and yeah some different behaviour of the zombies would add a really nice touch to it, thankyou for that idea. and tbh we didnt have enough time otherwise we did want to let the player know of the existing abilities in each pull. thankyou for your feedback and for trying out the game, it really means a lot!
nice game! love the concept of choosing what kind of upgrade I could get. I will say that I was far less likely to hit the risk one though because of the instant death. I think you should remove that one. It takes away the player's agency.

I got a bit scared by the zombies, but overall fun game to play. I would add some more difficulty at certain points in time.

Ah. Instant death. ( Didn't expect that lol ) Enjoyed the risk / reward mechanic. Auto weapons were a nice touch. Great overall gameplay!

Fun game but it needs some better background art, and maybe some better scaling because the game gets way too difficult way too quickly.

yup i didnt give much time to the background as it was my first time trying procedural generation, and we started 3 days late tbh. And haha we'll try to fix the scaling, glad you had fun!!
very cool game, fun fighting off zombies but i didnt quite get the pull mechanic. overall really enjoyed but there was a lot of zombies straight from the start, gives a lot of challenge

I like it! It’s really addictive and got me hooked. Maybe the background could use some graphical improvements (but it doesn’t affect the gameplay), other than that, great work!
