Nice idea! A little more polish could be nice (sfx, player anim), and the "wall stuck mechanic" does feel a bit like a classic friction unity bug turned into a feature. I still appreciated the levels and the creativity!

Developer(+1)

It was and still is a bug, but I turned it into a feature. Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

It is a good concept. Altuogh at this point I seen this "past me" ideas multiple times, th "blue zone" is very unique and creative. However I would not despawn the past version. This was a deafult by every other similair genre, and I was really missing it here. Maybe it was intentional from you part since because of this I felt some urge to be quick, but it also caused me to just stand in one place for a long time, so that my future self will have time to arrive there in time.

But good job on the game.

I like the blue field as a way to add a kind of restriction to the interact-with-past-version platform game mechanic. I did need to restart some levels a few times due to not knowing which buttons affected which doors and starting to have more clones on screen than I could handle, but I would say that this game has solid mechanics. My main suggestion would be to have a way to tell which buttons corresponded to which doors, a way to see the whole level at once, and a way to reset without leaving a clone (since it's already possible to do that in certain areas by dying).

very chaotic and i love it! and nice work on drawing everything!

The execution was fine, tho I think knowing the whole level ahead of time would be beneficial and more puzzly.
Also, there's little to no reason for clones to stop existing after the time. That forced me to restart a few times because I did not wait enough. And just waiting like that isn't fun.

Cool game, using your past selves as platforms is a nice idea and slightly evil lol

Using your own body as a platform - a cool idea we both had. I like your implementation! I also love the music distortion when you loop.

Did notice extra doors appearing sometimes at seemingly random. Couldn't tell if it was a bug or something I triggered without knowing it.

Developer(+1)

The doors are apearing to block your way, but because of a bug, once they are triggered they dont reset when the loop restarts.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback.

I'm the platform! I really liked the music.

It is a nice and fun game! I was expecting the clones to stay forever :D Great fit to the theme, well made!

Cool take on the player cloning mechanic! I wished the previous versions of you would stick around afterwards though. Overall, great work!

If possible, please consider rating my game too.

Bashing your head against the wall to stick is pretty funny. Enjoyed playing this, but it's a bit rough around the edges gameplay wise!
Still really enjoyed it :)

Decent, just a bit rough sometimes.

I liked that this game didn't punish you for failure too much. Was really nice to get a good rhythm going! Good job!

This is a cool take on the theme! I messed myself up a lot before I realized It was me messing me up if that makes sense XD This is pretty and polished, and good overall. Nice work!

Also I'd appreciate feedback on my submission if you get a chance!

Nice game! the clone could stay forever in the last position instead of despawning.

Submitted

Very cool game. I love how you can make as many clones as you want and technically solve any course through sheer number of clones, which makes the solution feel like your own

I like the idea, but also the execution, the wall hang mechanic was a nice one!

One possible improvement would maybe be to add some coyote time, because now it felt a bit unfair sometimes when I fell off a platform but could've sworn that I pressed jump early enough!

Cool idea! it can be improved into a full game!

Interesting use of the "clones" concept.
Would have been nice having a 'reset loop' button instead of having to reset the level completely on levels 2 and 3 but minor note there.
Nice work~

I made it to the red zone, and my clones kept messing me up (my clones are me, so that's my fault). The controls felt slightly janky at points. A pretty fun game. I would play more of a more polished version.
