Thank you so much for the support and for posting your playthrough! Glad you enjoyed it!

Yes, absolutely! My main goal right now is to release the game on Steam.

I’ve opened a donation goal here on itch.io to raise funds for the Steam Direct fee. If you’d like to help bring the game to Steam faster, any support or donation means the world! Stay tuned for updates!

Thank you so much for playing and for sharing your video! Really glad you loved it!

Thanks for playing and sharing your video! Yeah, the ending was meant to be a sudden cliffhanger for Episode 1, but I'm working on continuing the story in Episode 2 to give a proper resolution. Appreciate the feedback!

Большое спасибо за отзыв и за видос! Очень рад, что атмосфера сработала как надо и получилось заставить понапрягаться. Удачи с каналом!

Thanks for the 7/10 and the awesome feedback, LennoxInsane!
Really appreciate you pointing out the issues with dialogue cutting off and the double-skipping bug — that’s super helpful info, and I’ll get that fixed up in the next patch so the story flow is smoother. Glad you enjoyed the premise and ending! Thanks for playing and posting your video!

Glad you had fun! Thanks a lot for playing and sharing your video here, really appreciate it!

Hell yeah! Thank you so much for the hyping comment and for recording your play! Episode 2 and further updates are currently in the works, so more is definitely coming!

Hi Magiczebraa, thanks for giving the game a shot and for the honest feedback! I’m really sorry about the softlocks and the dark screen — fixing both lighting and those progression bugs is my main priority for the upcoming patch. Glad you still enjoyed parts of it, and I'll make sure future episodes are much more polished!

Thank you so much for playing and for sharing your video! I really appreciate the kind words. I'm actually working on a lighting update right now to fix the darkness issues, so stay tuned! Glad the jump scare hit the spot

Thank you so much for playing, Bella! Glad you enjoyed the game, and thanks for sharing your walkthrough here! Best of luck with growing your channel!

Haha, that's classic horror logic for you! Without a little curiosity (and lack of common sense), we wouldn't have a game. Thanks for playing and sharing your video, I really appreciate the support!

Hey ChillPad Gamer! Thank you for the awesome review and for recording a playthrough! I hear you on the length — Episode 1 was meant to set up the mood, but I'm working hard on expanding the world and story for Episode 2. You’ll definitely find out more about what’s actually happening in that apartment! Stay tuned

Thank you so much, Dee! I'm really glad you enjoyed the story and lore — putting the plot together was one of my favorite parts of making this. It means a lot to hear that this game made you a fan of the genre! More updates and story continuation are definitely on the way. Thanks for playing and sharing your gameplay!

Thank you so much for playing and for the video! Glad that peeking scene scared you, loved adding that detail!

Totally fair point on the 13 pages of notes at the end. I’ll definitely spread out the lore and notes much better throughout the level for the next episode so it doesn't slow down the pacing.

Thanks for the great feedback and support!

Thank you so much for the 10/10 and the detailed feedback!

Haha, the flashlight breaking after getting caught was actually intentional to add a bit of extra panic while trying to hide, but I appreciate you pointing it out! I'll also definitely take notes on making item placements and objectives a bit clearer for smoother navigation.

Thanks a lot for playing and sharing your video! Next episode is already in the works, stay tuned!

Thank you so much! Really glad to hear you enjoyed the game and thanks for making a video!

Thanks for the video! Glad it gave you a good scare 😱

Thanks for playing and sharing your gameplay! Awesome video, hope you enjoyed the scare!

Thank you for the kind words! Fears to Fathom was definitely a huge inspiration for the vibe, so I'm glad the atmosphere landed well. Working on new content already, stay tuned!

Thanks for the feedback and for making a video! I hear you on the lighting — adding brightness/contrast settings is definitely something I’ll look into for the next update so players can adjust it to their screens. Appreciate the support!

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the game and thanks for playing!

Thanks a lot for the video showcase and for playing! Loved the recording and how you captured the atmosphere. Really appreciate the kind words and the comparison to Fears to Fathom — means a lot! Thanks again for the support

Thank you so much for playing and for making a video! Watching gameplay always helps a ton to see what works and what needs improvement.

I really appreciate the constructive feedback regarding the story presentation. Dropping 13 diary pages at once was definitely a bit of a text dump, so for future updates (and the next episode), I'm working on pacing the lore much better through environmental storytelling and gradual discoveries instead!

As for your question about the ending — I love leaving a bit of mystery and theory-crafting for the players, but I can definitely promise you it wasn't just a lazy "it was all a dream" cliché haha.

Thanks again for the support and for sharing your video!

Thank you so much for playing and creating a video! Comparing the game to Fears to Fathom is a huge compliment — I really wanted to capture that grounded, unsettling dread of a creepy neighbor.

I'm putting even more effort into the atmosphere and narrative tension for Episode 2!

Really glad the atmosphere and scares landed for you! And thanks for actually reading through the notes, glad they added something extra to the experience. Appreciate you playing and the kind words!

Thanks for playing and for the full playthrough! Really appreciate it. Mind sharing which bugs you ran into? Would love to fix them for future updates.

Thanks so much for including it in the video! Glad it gave you those fears to fathom vibes, that’s exactly what I was going for. Really appreciate you taking the time to check it out!

Hey, thanks for giving it a shot! That’s not a bug — the game gives a hint for what to interact with, and it sounds like it might’ve been missed in the moment. Try paying closer attention to the on-screen prompts next time you sit down, that should point you to the right spot. If it’s still not working after that, there’s also a full playthrough on YouTube you can check for reference. Let me know how it goes!

Thank you so much for playing the game and featuring it in your video!

You made a really fair point about the 13 notes — I agree that dropping all that lore via text at the end was a bit much, and I'm definitely reworking storytelling in Episode 2 to make it much more environmental and natural!

Glad you enjoyed the atmosphere and concept overall.

Thank you so much for such detailed and encouraging feedback! I'm really glad you enjoyed the atmosphere.

I'm taking all the notes regarding the pacing and the ending into account to make the chase sequences and story clearer in Episode 2, which is already in development!

Thank you for playing and for the honest feedback! Glad you liked the jumpscare! I'm taking all notes on immersion and execution to make the experience much better in Episode 2.

If you have a free moment, please leave a quick rating on the itch.io page — as an indie dev, it really helps me out a lot!

Thank you so much! Really glad the atmosphere landed — sound design and pacing are exactly where most of the effort went, so it means a lot that it came through. More episodes are on the way, hope you'll stick around for what's coming next.

Thank you so much for such a detailed and thoughtful review! I'm really glad to hear that the atmosphere and psychological tension worked for you — building suspense without relying heavily on jumpscares was one of my main goals.

Knowing that the exploration and mechanics felt natural makes all the work worth it. Stay tuned, more stories in the Tales After Dark anthology are on the way!

Thank you so much for such an amazing review! Hearing that the sound design, story, and atmosphere resonated with you means the world to me. (And hey, a review so good you had to say it twice! 😄) Really appreciate your support! 🖤

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed the story and the jumpscares! I've actually adjusted the lighting in the latest update to make the chase scene much easier to navigate without losing the atmosphere. Really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts! 🖤

Thank you so much for playing and for the awesome feedback! I spent a lot of time working on the sound design and atmosphere, so hearing that the silence and audio got under your skin means everything to me. Stay tuned for future updates!

Thank you so much! Really glad you enjoyed it. Next episodes are already in the works, stay tuned!

I hope you will play it and give it a rating
