Such a good atmosphere, and really cool graphics! Very impressed with how polished you managed to get it in such a short time :D

How did you get the pixel-y effect??

I totally understand then. I think some level design to make the rooms look different or guide the player would be really helpful, I felt like it was really hard to navigate and remember where I've been, and there were no new information or feedback when I killed the miniboss, so I just assumed that was the end.

One of my favorites from the jam, this was incredible! First of all, I love weird games so this fit right up my alley, loved the artstyle and sound design!

The looping mechanic was cool but a bit confusing, even though I beat the game I still feel like I don't quite understand how the "repeat" part is supposed to work.

The character was super cute and the level design and animations were great, really really loved this one! :D

This game looks and sounds like a fever dream, in the best way possible! :D

Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to operate the switches, I tried leaving my ghosts there but the buttons didn't get pressed?

In any case I really love the look of this, great job!

Cool submission! I really enjoyed the combo of dice rolling with dungeon crawling, clever idea :D

I don't really see the point of the movement dice though, whats the benefit compared to just having free movement? A tutorial for how combat stats work would also be helpful, it took some time to figure out.

Artstyle and music were both good, and I liked that you put a boss fight in there as well ^^

Glad you liked it! P.T. was definitely one of the inspirations for this game ^^

Really happy you liked the writing as well! Thank you so much for playing :D

Hahaha thank you! That was definitely what we were going for :D

Interacting with more stuff sounds like a good idea! I think some puzzles to solve or something like that would add to the experience.

Thank you for playing! ^^

Really clever idea! I like how it quickly becomes chaotic with all your past selves shooting all over the place :D

I played on PC where the controls were a bit awkward, but I imagine it would work really well with a controller.

15 loops was maybe a bit high, and I was a bit frustrated hat every time you touched a past self you instantly died, but it did add to the stress x)

Graphics were really simple but charming, I especially liked the wrecking ball thing in the beginning, a bit scary looking. Overall a good submission, and very impressive for your first game ^^

A nice submission overall, focusing on perfecting your run so you can make the time limit.

That being said, the last level is way too long. Having to do a 2 minute run just to realize you're 1 second late because of a mistake in the beginning is very frustrating, I would make each attempt <30 seconds if you want the time to be that tight.

The art was nice, I really liked the cutscenes, they added some humor to it :D

The music was also nice, did you make it yourself?

Voice acting was also a really nice tough ^^

I really liked this one! Impressive that you managed to fit such a fulfilling narrative arc in such a short time ^^
I was a bit sad I didn't get to see the wolf cub photo and the fairy drawing though :(

Art was super good, such a cozy atmosphere, I loved it!

I really liked this! The art combo of geometric shapes with bloom looks cool, especially when the enemies dash.

It was a bit confusing figuring out how to loop, eventually I realized that I needed to hit R in the pause menu after I reached a new level, having a tutorial to explain that would be really helpful.

I also really liked the concept of starting over except stronger, it kind of became like a non-stop roguelike which was cool :D

This was so good already! I never knew I wanted roguelike combat chess but I loved it! :D

As others have mentioned, some quality of life stuff like autoplaying cards and auto-moving to shop would be great. Also some visual distinctions between cards would help.

Art and sound were both really good, I was super impressed with this one :D

We ended up making a game with a similar concept, so really fun to see in which direction you went with it :D

The hitbox for the keys seems to be stuck to the middle of the screen regardless of where the flashlight points, which was a bit confusing.

The flashlight effect on textures was really cool! How did you achieve that? :o

I really liked it, the corridor felt liminal and unsettling which is always good :D

This was INCREDIBLE!! Completely blown away that you managed to make a game this polished in such a short time.

The visuals especially were super super impressive, I would love to know more about what workflows you used to manage to get this look :D

My only feedback is that the initial learning curve is a bit steep, it took me probably 20 minutes to just beat the level once, which I feel is a bit too hard if the goal is meant to be speedrunning and finding faster paths.

The audio good, the cutscenes were again really impressive, just a really really good entry for game jam, props to you all! :D

A card game in a game jam?? Really impressive! :D

I think I ran into a bug where enemies skip turn cards still damaged me? It was also a bit unclear what was happening and who went first, I think more tutorial would help there.

The art was also really cute, well done!

This was incredibly visually impressive for a gamejam! It looks incredible!

The combat could use some work, but I understand its hard to get right in a game jam.

The sound design was also really solid, great work overall!

I loved this one! The idea of "rebelling" against the narrative is really cool, and I really enjoyed trying random things to try and figure out the hidden tasks :D

I did find a bug where after I died twice in a row to the black hole my ship turned invisible, but it was still playable.

The screen space effect for the distorted space was really cool, how did you manage that one?

All in all a great submission, which I totally expected since event horizon is one of my favorite movies :D

Hahahah thank you so much! :D

We debated putting in jump scares but ultimately decided against it ^^

Thank you so much for playing and for the kind words ^^

Thank you so much! :D

I had the music recorded already, so I ended up cutting it up into individual tracks, importing them into FMOD, adding a parameter to each one, which then let me control what plays from a script in unity. Ended up taking a few hours but I was really happy with the result ^^

Thank you very much! All of those are things we really wanted to get right, happy you liked it ^^

I think it's a cool idea, but I wasn't able to beat the plumber level. After reading the comments here I was able to figure out that I needed to back into the wall, but still wasn't able to solve it.

The main mechanic worked really well though, and I could see how you could make very interesting puzzles with it.

I think its a cool idea, but unfortunately it didn't really work for me, I couldn't figure out what to do and couldn't progress at all.

The concept is really cool, I think if I got it working I would really enjoy it. The art also looked nice.

This was really cute! I loved the animations of both the snake and the monster, did you do them procedurally?

Unfortunately after I jumped down to hunt rabbits I couldn't find my way back to the tree, not sure if I did something wrong.

The art was also great, really cool submission ^^

Really creative idea, and a really clever way to tie in the loop with the narrative!

I got a bug where if you and the knight kill each other at the same time, you get stuck as a dead body with the minotaur x)

Art was top notch, looked super clean and polished. Well done!

Really cool! We also did a looping hallway, interesting to see how other people handled it :D

I really enjoyed the story being hinted at with the different rooms and the flatlining EKG!

You said it was unpolished, but it still felt like a whole experience even if a very short one ^^

Really cool looking game, and the music fit nicely as well.

I couldn't really figure out what to do, I thought activating the statues of the worlds in the order the runes were written, so F-T-P-M, but then I got a wrong sequence error.

Some more direction or a tutorial would be great ^^

Very chill game, though a bit hectic in getting everyone what they want. Also really appreciate how simple it is presented, it was really easy to get into and enjoy.

I don't quite understand what the R/Trash can was for?

Music was very nice as well, and fit the chill atmosphere well ^^

Very sweet game, although with a very bleak ending x)

Definitely could use some tuning regarding the timings, I don't think I managed to do scissors + watering can even once because it's so hard to find and place in time, on the other hand I would finish all the items in a minute and then just sit around while Phillip slowly did his routine.

The art was really great, and the music felt fitting. I can absolutely imagine that this is what it is like to care for someone with dementia. Very good submission!

I liked the idea of switching between the two worlds, it made it a bit stressful in a good way ^^

I do wish more things happened as you collected the five spirits, like maybe you would get new kinds of totems or more enemies would spawn or something like that.

All in all I thought the vibe of the game was really cool, good job!

Really fun idea, I really enjoyed being an annoying jerk to the cats and trying to cause as much chaos as possible :D

The cat AI was a bit wonky though, sometimes they would get interrupted and sometimes they would just ignore me even though I attacked them.

Overall a really charming game, nice submission ^^

Fantastic art and sound direction! Felt really creepy and unsettling even when nothing was really happening, and the main character felt legitimately uncomfortable to look at.

I had an issue figuring out how to make food, the food box was way too hard to spot and the hitbox way too small, it if wasn't for the other person uploading a video I would have been stuck on day one.

Other than that I really loved it, the characters were very well designed, especially "Harold" in ending 2/2

Really fun twist on the vampire survivors style!

I would have wished for more types of upgrades and enemies, but of course that's tricky in a game jam :D

It was also really polished, especially the drawing and looping effects looked super good. Really impressive presentation overall, well done! ^^

Cool idea, especially controlling the cat and the wizard seperately, made for some very interesting gameplay.

Unfortunately the main mechanic of lighting up areas by looping didn't really work for me, so the game was really dark and it was hard to get the wizard to attack anything.

Other than that, the art was really cute and I was really impressed by the opening cutscenes! Really nice submission ^^

This was a really creative idea, and well executed!

I got an error message after hitting the ZZZ button, was that an intentional part of the game or a bug? :D

Some parts were wildly relatable, like trying to scramble to get things done on time, or needing to flip your card. Very well done! :D

Thank you very much! Atmosphere was one of the things we put the most effort into, very happy you liked it! ^^

Thank you so much! That was indeed one of our main inspirations :D

Thanks for all the kind words! ^^

Thank you so much for playing, and for the kind words! So happy you liked it! :D

How the hell did you manage to get all this done with the little time we had?? Seriously impressive!

Couldn't really understand all of the mechanics even with the tutorial, especially the targeting mechanic didn't work for me at all.

Still, was really blown away with how much content and polish there was!

Loved the gramophone model and just interacting with the buttons and dials, it felt really satisfying, like playing with real analog equipment.

I couldn't really figure out what I was meant to do, so a tutorial would have been appreciated.

I still had fun just playing around with the sounds though ^^
