yeah, we only really noticed that when testing and it was already too late for the  jam. we're planning to add a progression tracking mechanic for a post-jam release tho, so that even if the run resets you can still see the clues you've gathered across runs!

It's the yellow guy btw!

I'm not the target for these kinds of games but evenI can see its potential. Really tight little jam game! Hope it gets expanded, for those smart enough to get better scores than mine (I only got up to 109 lol)

I got really good at typing Customer Acquisition by now. Wat it worth it? Probably. No but really very fun little game, I'm not sure a ceo could upgrade into a god but I guess no one tried yet. Also, from here up high, on top of this ladder, I can see everyting including your typo on the very last screen :p

Okay, I gotta admit it took a bit to figure out the strength needed to bounce off of stuff properly but I got my first full clear and I'm pretty satisfied! Overall great fun little game, I firmly believe it has the potential to get expanded with events/effects or integrated in some other kind of gameplay. Still really good overall! Great take on the countdown idea too! Top score: 10785

Pretty rough, mostly due to the lack of feed  back, but for a first godot project made in a very short jam? Not bad at all! Keep at it!

I'm not built for rage platformers man, I really tried my best xd. Fun tho, as much as I've seen of it at least lol.

Super moody, loved the voice acting and the setting as a whole! I only got up to 23 but I've always been ass at these kinda things (see mario 64 minigame lol). But yeah all very fun, super vibey and everything, you hit the game jam bingo :3

The idea of having a grid to make different magic shapes in a sort of ATB envinronment seems fun, but I'm not sure I'm fully grasping what's going on ahahha! Still pretty fun tho! Not sure on what the enemies where doing tbf (btw hai lasciato una pozione in italiano :3)

I tried a bunch of times to pick up the key, while also mapping my movement and all but I'm not sure if the monster was working properly... It kept on telling me that it was -1 steps away from me. Still really really cool idea, the mood was perfect too!

I managed to open some rooms by killing all the enemies that were on the screen at a specific time despite they were still spawning, but besides that it was pretty fun. Maybe some variety could have helped!

It was pretty fun for a bit. Not too much depth but it's a jam after all. Also, i kinda suck, I only got up to 21 a bunch of times and then I kept on losing. Some more mechanics could have spiced things up a bit but good job still! arcade games like this are always a good approach to a jam

Man these games are always my weak spot! I really liked the way both "currencies" were handled, but I cant help but feel that even into "late" game the slot machine wasn't earning me enough money to really bother using it. Even when it got to 4$, 4x it almost always lost me money and.... oh wait... I think I get  it now....

A bit barebones but the changes in enemy and scenery gave me something to look at as my score went up! and "number go up" is always good!

Umm Immediately love the vibe (very very serious) but I believe it gets stuck at the end of the opening cutscene?

Liked the very serious portal angle! Had some troubles with stuff disappearing but I made it! Only thing its probably a bit heavy for a web export?

Finally a good souls like. I feel like the last REAL soulslike (before this absolute masterpiece) was Fez. This is a close second :p

Okay this is actually fire! The presentation really sells the seriousness ahahah. Only thing, i'd recommend that you change the button to restart the run or at least you make so that it needs to be held for a bit cause i pressed it a buch by accident as my brain is hard wired to press it every three seconds in any shooter lol!

Very serious rolling over here!

Love it!! Feels really good to play, really nice!

Woah! This is actually so cool! Definitely deserves to win something!

Now this is it! This is peak seriousness!

OOO That was fun! It clicked when I found the doubling one

Godot FTW!!

Finally some good rocket jumping

Wowah... Maybe too serious for my own good!

Very cute little game! I feel like a stardew with a warioware-like timed minigame twist could turn really cool if flashed out!

Real minmaxer hours (⌐■_■) (btw this could really be a fun spin, get it? spin, on like a cookie clicker type game with more wheels to spin at the same time)

Death aint nothing to me man..

I am employee of the month! finally!

Guys I think im cracked

There was no way to adding it to this page so I'm adding it as a comment but the downloadable .exe needs another file to properly launch. You can find it in the game page (here: https://mine93.itch.io/while) under the "Install Instructions" section. Sorry everyone for the inconvenience!

<3

Yeah.. that's probably because my friend had just created his account and (rightfully so) itch.io feels like warning people about the potential risk of a bot/scammer.

Sorry we were in a bit of a rush after some last minute troubles and didn't know how to export from godot yet ahahha!
As I already said to pauytrh,  to properly launch it you'll have to keep the .exe in the same folder as the .pck while you launch it. To download the .pck you'll have to check the "Install Intructions" section of the game's page (here: https://mine93.itch.io/while).

Yeah I'm sorry for your troubles, but we forgot to add the .pck before the deadline. For that reason we added it in the "Install Instructions" (here: https://mine93.itch.io/while) sections as a downloadable file from google drive.

You'll need to download it from there and keep it in the same folder of the .exe as you launch it!

Hey! I know you're still learning about this (and im a huge shader noob) but i wanted to ask a question about a behaviour i noticed using this shader: if i go with the full-color approach and i try to record it via Obs (or even steam for that matter) the recorded gameplay ends up in grayscale!

I don't know if you know why but i found it really fascinating! Anyways if you find out why is that, can you help me fix the issue? (again, huge shader noob, maybe its obvious don't stab me)
