The fact that almost every enemy stand user is considered a secondary antagonist, because they technically have an arc, is a frustrating change. The reason why J. Geil and Vanilla Ice were secondary antagonists and Forever and Arabia Fats were tertiary antagonists was because of the character's influence on the overall plot.

People kept having major arguments on the Discord server because of that category. A character's influence on the plot is arguable. This was the only criteria that ended up being agreed upon by most users in the discussion.
