1 tbsp honey
1/4 tap salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 15-oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
2/3 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp lemon zest
Juice from one lemon 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper 
6-8 tbsp olive oil

1 large head kale, finely chopped (5-6 cups)
