Olive oil drizzle    . Salt and black pepper   . Cumin (optional)   . Sliced ​​ham   . Grated carrot   . Sliced ​​cheese    . Spinach    . Ketchup or tomato sauce to cover    . Grated mozzarella    . Parmesan to finish (optional)       PREPARATION METHOD:      . Season the meat and layout on plastic wrap.    . Add the filling and roll up carefully.    . I leave it rolled up for a while so it forms the right shape of a roulade.    . Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for approximately 25 minutes. If you want it cooked longer, leave it for 5 more minutes.    . Comienza condimentando la carne con sal y pimienta y sella por todos sus lados en una olla. Una vez listo, retira y en esta misma agrega la cebolla y ajo (pueden ser picados en trozos grandes) sofríe hasta que ablandén. Seguido, devuelve la carne a la olla, añade suficiente agua, el ramillete de cilantro, cubre y deja cocinar hasta que se ablande la carne. En olla de presión serían unos 40 min. y en olla tradicional unas 3 horas. Transcurrido el tiempo, retira la carne de la olla, escurre el caldo y desmecha la carne. Aparte, en una olla agrega el sobre de sofrito, seguido de la carne previamente desmechada y cantidad necesaria de caldo. Mezcla y por último rectifica los sabores. We are going to make a quick and easy dinner here using our meatloaf already rolled out and pre seasoned and I'm just going to start building this lasagna. This is going to come together so quick and easy, easier than a traditional lasagna. I'm not adding quite as many layers. My meatloaf is already pre-seasoned Italian style with oregano and some parmesan cheese, my ricotta filling as well. I threw in some oregano, some garlic powder, one egg, and mixed it all together then I'm going to top it with some mozzarella cheese. Add a few more layers of my pre-cooked noodles here and this is ready to be rolled up. Everything is already seasoned Italian style so the flavors are going to come together in harmony and taste absolutely delicious. This is an easy dinner to put together after work. Of course, we're going to put the marinara. Did not forget that. Layered all the way across the top of this meatloaf with some mozzarella and parmesan cheese and then we are going to head over to the oven with this into the oven at three hundred and seventy degrees for just about 50 minutes. Top it with some fresh parmesan and parsley and you are ready to slice into this. Let's get a nice cut out of the center here and you can see that stuffed lasagna in the center of this meatloaf.
