Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Klar (“the Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

The App Store version of Klar is provided free of charge under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

The Software

Klar is a spam filtering extension for Apple Mail on macOS. It uses machine learning to classify incoming emails as spam or legitimate. The Software processes emails entirely on your device.

No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will catch all spam or that it will never misclassify legitimate emails. You should always check your Junk folder periodically for false positives.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or missed emails, arising from your use of the Software.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
