He told me that he was experiencing severe lower back pain and discomfort around the hips. And look what happened once we dropped down into the body! THE BODY HOLDS THE SCORE So many are saying and claiming this But very few are actually showing it with concrete, tangible evidence Firefly Somatics™ is proving this theory to be absolutely true, over and over again www.fireflysomatics.com * * * #psoasrelease #psoas #d Release Lower Back Pain, Psoas Massage, Release Psoas Muscle, Somatic Hip Release, Low Back Decompression, Psoas Release Trigger Points, Iliacus Muscle Release, Somatic Release Exercises, Psoas Stretch Release

Katie - CSCS, CPT on Instagram: "Your diaphragm attaches on the lumbar spine and so does your psoas. We can often get hyper focused on stretching the front of the hip to get a hip flexor stretch / release, but we might need to put more emphasis on the proximal attachment. We can literally use our breath and guts to push pressure back creating length. You can alter this to have less pressure at first by leaving the block out of it and decreasing the pressure in the corgeous ball. Find a comfortable place for your body and just lay down and take long slow gentle breaths. And let the pressure do the magic. You can grab the ball from @yogatuneup Want to learn more?
