Sarah Franklin is the CEO of Lattice, leading the company’s mission to make work meaningful. With over 25 years in technology, she has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving innovation, and building high-performing teams. Sarah spent more than 15 years at Salesforce in executive leadership roles, including President and Chief Marketing Officer, EVP of Platform and Trailhead, and head of developer initiatives. Sarah holds a dual degree in chemical engineering and biochemistry from Virginia Tech.

A recognized industry leader, she has been named one of Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs, a “CMO to Watch” by Business Insider, and a recipient of Adweek’s Brand Genius Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors for PagerDuty.

Sophie Hurcombe is Senior Vice President of People at Lattice. Prior to joining Lattice, Sophie held key roles at Canva and Workfront, where she helped drive company-wide transformation at scale, deliver high-impact people strategies and programs, and guide executive teams to solve high-stakes business challenges. She has led high-performing HR organizations across People Partnering, People Ops, Talent, L&D, and Total Rewards and is adept in building cultures of performance and engagement. Sophie is passionate about innovation and leveraging AI to improve team scalability, employee agility and experience, and efficiency.

Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology & Anthropology from the University of NSW. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Sophie now lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her partner and two dogs.

Cheryl Sanclemente is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Lattice, where she harnesses the transformative power of storytelling to drive brand resonance, pipeline growth, and measurable business impact. Leading global marketing and communications teams, she orchestrates corporate narratives, growth strategies, and demand generation while pioneering go-to-market approaches that leverage AI and emerging technologies. 

Cheryl oversees brand and design, growth marketing, product marketing, content creation, events, internal and external communications, partnerships, executive engagement, and the Office of the CEO.

Cheryl’s experience exemplifies how authentic storytelling bridges the gap between technological transformation and meaningful human impact. Most recently, Cheryl served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at C3 AI, where she positioned artificial intelligence as a catalyst for business transformation through strategic storytelling. Her leadership spanned corporate and product public relations, CEO communications, and content and social strategy. Prior to that, Cheryl was Vice President of PR at Salesforce for eight years, where she crafted stories that humanized technology and elevated purpose-driven communications around employee success, equality, innovation, real estate, financial results, corporate brand partnerships, corporate social responsibility, and product PR.

Cheryl is committed to giving back to her community and serves as a Board Member for The Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations and on the Executive Leadership Council for the Raphael House of San Francisco. Cheryl lives in San Francisco with her family and holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications and philosophy from the University of South Florida.

Stephanie Waldner is the Chief Customer Officer at Lattice, where she leads the global customer organization focused on operationalizing organizations’ people strategies. She has a proven track record of building and scaling customer experience and success teams across high-growth software companies, including Indeed, PandaDoc, and BetterCloud. Stephanie combines strategic vision with operational rigor to help organizations translate HR strategy into measurable business impact. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a leader and advocate for transformation, she helps organizations better support, engage, and develop their people.

Amy Christensen is the Chief Revenue Officer at Lattice, overseeing global go-to-market strategy and driving customer growth and long-term value.

She brings extensive leadership experience from Asana, where she served as GM of Americas and Head of Revenue, and from LinkedIn, where she led enterprise and Canada teams within the Talent Solutions organization. Amy holds a master’s degree in behavioral psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and lives in the Bay Area with her family.

Greg Cannon is Chief Financial Officer at Lattice, overseeing Finance, IT and Business Operations. Greg joined Lattice in the fall of 2022 as the Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Lattice, he was the VP, Corporate Controller at Conga, a leader in enterprise CLM and CPQ software, where he successfully integrated Conga and Apttus, scaled global business systems, and refinanced the company’s debt. Prior to Conga, Greg served as VP of Finance and Investor Relations at Glu Mobile, a publicly traded leader in mobile video games, where he managed global finance and accounting operations across a 30-person team spanning six countries. Greg started his career in audit & assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Jose. 

Throughout his 20+ year career, he has overseen finance and accounting operations, board and investor relations, M&A and related integrations, and capital market transactions while guiding companies through successful exits. Greg is passionate about building scalable financial infrastructure and robust business systems that support high-growth businesses.

Greg holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Greg lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family where he is a passionate supporter of local schools and youth sports programs.
