Ishiguro "Raito" Tetsuya is an Ultimate, and former Wii U, Duck Hunt main from Japan who is considered to be the best Duck Hunt player in the world. In Wii U he was also considered to be the best Duck Hunt main in the world and had wins over players such as MkLeo, Dabuz, Tweek, Mr.R, Larry Lurr, VoiD, ANTi, and Ranai. He was ranked the 38th best Wii U player of all time on the PGR100. In Ultimate, he was ranked 17th in PGRU Fall 2019.

On April 8, 2018, he was sponsored by Candee.[1] He left Candee on April 19, 2019.[2] He was signed by Thunder Gaming on October 12, 2019.[3] Raito left Thunder Gaming on November 2, 2020.[4]
