Excuses 05:05
When I wake up nothings changed The light from the window hurts my eyes When I go about my day, everything just feels the same Wish I could fly like a bird, into vast and open skies Waiting for the sun to rise, starting it all up again Slow days and sleepless nights Sun is glaring in my eyes Wish I could change for the better, but my progress tells me never Hour passed and nothings done Blaming time I know I’m wrong Waiting for the sun to rise, starting it all up again Wish I could just stop all time I would spend it all with you Looking into the cloudy sky Thinking about nothing Wish I could leave this place now Going where the green grass grows I wouldn't know where to go But I’d know that it was home Wish I could just stop all time I would spend it all with you Looking into the cloudy sky Thinking about nothing So much mindless work and noise Going through each every day Waiting for the sun to rise, starting it all up again Wish I could just stop all time I would spend it all with you Looking into the cloudy sky Thinking about nothing Wish I could leave this place now Going where the green grass grows I wouldn't know where to go But I’d know that it was home

Your Dream 05:48
Disappear slowly into the sun One time was enough Writing on these walls Your image is burned onto my mind Standing by your bed Water rushing down Take her by the hand While we watch you fall apart What happens when it's over Is this the final time? Pretended like it mattered A big hill to climb What happens when it's over Is this the final time? Pretended like it mattered A big hill to climb Making old habits Lost so much time Making old habits Asking myself why?

Drunken Workers in the streets Crying out, sounds of defeat Buried in the snow again Wait for me i’ll be there soon Waiting while the clock ticks Time is moving faster Growing up and slowing down What will life be soon enough? Where are we going, The noise is growing Does this sound mean anything The more we go the less it does Soon we’ll be pushed to the ground Then back again. The music stops in the morning I wish I could go back But I keep moving forward The sound continues on These days linger on I hope it never ends The clock ticks on and on I wish I would see you again Where are we going, The noise is growing Does this sound mean anything The more we go the less it does Soon we’ll be pushed to the ground Then back again.

Time is moving week by week Crying out, Sound of Defeat I go wait for you But it was only temporary Where are we going?, The noise is growing Where are we going?, I still see your shadow The music stops in the morning I wish I could go back But I keep moving forward The sound continues on Where are we going?, The noise is growing Where are we going?, I still see your shadow Does this sound mean anything? Your comments read like ads for the apocalypse Buried in snow I guess i’ll be late for my train again Where are you going? These days linger on and your still not here Take my hand, We’ll go to place far away in the sand I still see your shadow I still see your shadow I still see your shadow I still see your shadow Where are we going?, The noise is growing Where are we going?, I still see your shadow (Repeat to the end)

Blank Slate 07:15
Dead leaves in the ground Cold breeze all around Hold on, think about Summers behind us, going ahead Pass it to no one, Put it to waste Summer has ended without a trace Lay back and unwind Close my eyes, undefined Its a blank slate, start again Summers behind us Trust in the process, Stressing me out Its a Blank Slate, start again Summers behind us, going ahead Pass it to no one, Put it to waste Summer has ended without a trace Its a blank slate now, lay down and rest (don't leave) Pass it to no one, Put it to waste Summer has ended without a trace Its a blank slate now, lay down and rest

Pull the plug!!, Pull the plug!! It’s not that worth it anymore Just leave it alone It’ll be back in the morning Do you want me to pretend to like it here Too many hours spent dwelling on the past If you notice me I’ll be here Waiting for you No worries, No worries Just put me right back where I started please It’s taking some time to get the words out of my head Did you enjoy your stay, yeah If I walk between the lines I’ll get there sometime Don’t go Did you enjoy your stay Was it okay, it was fine but yeah I don’t care Just stop it already, we’ll be okay (x2)

about

Hello, This is my first full length album out of many many more to come I hope. This album has been inspired by the past year of my life the friends I have made and my fears for the future and nostalgia for the past. I hope I might be able to convey my feelings well in my music and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

I'd like to thank my family, everyone who listens to or supports lone distance driver, my friends who listened to all the demos and gave me feedback.

In a way this album is a tribute to "To See The Next Part Of The Dream" by Parannoul, I found his album in summer 2023 and it soundtrack pretty much the next the 11 months of my life. he inspired most the writing and production techniques. I owe a lot to his music and how much it has inspired me.

I hope you enjoy even if it's not the best, I have many more albums planned for the future so please stay tuned!
