That’s what they’ll say, in the end: Dr. John Shen swooped Mel up, out of Langdon’s grasp. Good for him. Good for her, finally fucking higher on the food chain.
Or,
John asks Mel out on a date mid-Langdon turmoil.

The Crofts never came to Kellynch-hall as tenants, and so Frederick Wentworth never returned to the neighbourhood in the year fourteen. A decade and a half later, when his brother is appointed to the living at Uppercross, he and Anne finally meet again.
If she thinks back, Ramona can remember so clearly the first time she saw Destiny on the roof, shivering and asking for a light. It was instinct to wrap her up in her fur, to want to keep her warm and teach her how to thrive in this life, not just survive.
There were nights where Ramona would sit with a client, looking over at Destiny and taking in how she worked. The tilted head, the wide eyed innocent look she’d give them before biting her bottom lip, giving the customer just a hint of what she could do for them. Selling a fantasy that all powerful men think they can buy.
Destiny was damn good at it. She even got Ramona.
Mabel Mora and three holiday seasons with Theo Dimas.
He didn’t tell her, I’ll die if you leave me, even though it was quite literally true.

There’s a long moment after Robby wakes when he isn’t sure what day it is. (Set immediately after the events of season one.)

Shawn Hatosy discusses HBO Max’s hit show The Pitt, his guest role as Dr. Abbot and the ‘meaningful response’ he’s gotten from the medical community.
There were faster ways to get to Budapest, but Joe had spent half the year restoring an ‘81 280E and he was dying to take it out on a real drive.

Robby makes the end of an interminable work day a whole lot worse.
Darnell nodded, glancing over Robby like he was trying to place him in the hierarchy of important to ignorable and it could go either way. “What’s this?”
“MSF FNG,” Jack shot back. Whatever that meant, he sounded amused.
Darnell scoffed and looked to Robby, expression going decidedly unimpressed. “Oh, yeah? You here to find yourself? Have an adventure? Do something hard?” he asked, each question more mocking than the last.
And there was that question again, like it was haunting Robby. He stifled his instinct to bite back and kept it simple: “I’m here to help.”

Dr. Michael Robinavitch, played by actor Noah Wyle, oversees the day shift at the hospital in the show. Called Dr. Robby by his co-workers, the physician shares a story from his past about his medical residency in New Orleans’ Charity Hospital in the ninth episode of the show.
Daniel reads the news, he visits the sick, he hears stories from his congregation of errors he has never committed and sins he’s never considered.
He considers some of them though. Sometimes.
Four days away from the hospital should’ve meant sleep, silence, and maybe a bottle of wine. Instead, Jack drags Robby up a hiking trail with a suspiciously enthusiastic smile. The forest is peaceful. The air is crisp. And Robby is beginning to realize Jack might have picked this particular trail for reasons that have nothing to do with the view.
or jack takes robby on a specific kind of trail

“Vomit is a favorite of the prop crew, who produce a substance the consistency and color of the real thing, while still having an acceptable taste in the actor’s mouth. It has a tomato soup and milk base with other soups added for texture. The result is a thick, almost nauseating prop durable enough for use in six or more takes.”

“You tell him to take the lonely new guy out, you tell me to take the lonely workaholic out, so neither of us can refuse because we’re doing it for someone else. A perfect snare.”
Adamson’s expression warmed even further, like he was fighting off a smile, a battle he didn’t mind losing. “What a way to look at it.”
Jack grinned at the non-denial denial. “Sure, Dr. Adamson. I’ll show your protégé a good time.”
“It is not your fault,” he said.
“How can you know that?” Joe asked, a trace of desperation in his voice. “How can we ever possibly know?”
Often when he had small jobs such as this to do, Nicolò would come to sit beside him and watch closely, or sing in a wavering voice. The sound was pleasing enough on its own, even discounting it as proof of the trust they were beginning to share. On one occasion Yusuf had caught the melody and joined in, only for Nicolò to stutter to a stop and stare at him, something unreadable in his face.
