Seitsemällä kymmenestä digipaastoon osallistuneesta näkyi parannusta mielenterveyden osalta. Digipaasto näytti helpottavan masennusoireita jopa enemmän kuin mitä masennuslääkkeet tyypillisesti.

Muutos tarkkaavuuden ylläpitämisessä vastasi määrää, jonka verran tarkkaavuuden ylläpito heikkenee normaalisti ihmisen ikääntyessä kymmenen vuotta. Tällainen mitattava määrä tarkkaavuuden heikentymistä ikään kuin pyyhkiytyi digipaastossa pois.

Digipaastolla aloittaneen ryhmän hyvinvointi ja mielenterveys oli lähtötasoa paremmalla mallilla vielä kaksi viikkoa paaston jälkeenkin, jolloin koehenkilöt olivat jo päässeet käyttämään kännyköitään tavalliseen tapaansa.

“A cross-platform native runtime for web apps. It seems like it’s similar to React Native, except you can use it with React, Angular, Svelte, or Vue.”

“This is a fancy web app with a browser container and a JS bridge for native features. The App screens will not be truly native and instead be a browser page. UI niceties like infinite scroll list might be harder to implement and we must resort to using “previous” and “next” buttons.”

“Personally for building a mobile app, these would be my order of choices:

• Native if my budget and time are unlimited
• RN or Flutter if either one of budget/time are limited
• Basecamp styled hybrid PWA
• Optimise website for a better mobile experience”
