Oh I didn’t realize how good the ORC license actually is.

No more “this entire book is Product Identity”. The default is all crunch copylefted (strongly copylefted rather than permissive) and all fluff is reserved (proprietary😰). Licensors can designate some or all of the fluff as copylefted but they can’t proprietarize the crunch!

Okay, this article has the same traffic signs metaphor.

To me in gesture form I see someone going 🙅🏻‍♀️ that is so viscerally “no” to me. Like in Dicken’s “The Signal-Man”.

Matt Leacock just posted his difficulty ideal on BGG.

Design the game such that:
if a group of people appropriately self-selects a well-defined difficulty setting,
that their odds of success will be about 50/50,

It’s a language for writing IF that compiles to Z-machine and it’s inspired by Inform 7 (one of the best languages of all time)… and Prolog! This sounds awesome!
