Hallituksille epäsuotavan käytöksen filtteröintiä EU:ssa - INDECT is a proposed intelligent observation system being researched by sevaral European universities since 2009 and funded by the European Union. The project aims to automatically detect criminal threats and behaviour through the processing of large volumes of CCTV camera streams and data mining of information retrieved from the public internet (internet forums, social networks, P2P file sharing networks) using various artificial intelligence and intelligence gathering network techniques.
