Yorgos Linardos is a Greek film director and screenwriter. He has directed three short films that have participated in numerous festivals in Greece and across Europe, including the Berlin Student Film Festival, Balkans Beyond Borders, the Athens Digital Short Film Festival, and the Local Short Film Festival in Thessaloniki.
He graduated with distinction from the School of Film at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where his thesis film received the highest grade (10/10) from all three professors.
Yorgos has collaborated with Greek production companies such as AIKOR and Heretic, and has also worked on television series produced by the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT).
He is developing new film projects and is exploring opportunities abroad for his next steps in filmmaking.
