Fantastic show for kids of all ages
This Discovery Kids show is full of music and fun. While it's geared towards kids, I find myself singing the tunes myself. Our three year old looks forward to watching it every day, and our 18 month old jumps up and runs around in circles (aka dancing), singing along and chanting "Hi-5!" Whenever the new episodes come out it's at the top of the list of things to watch at our house. Note that this is the American version of the show. There are other shows in other countries with different characters. I have heard they are also fantastic, but having watched these characters so long, I am not sure if my kids would be as happy with the others.
Good kid's stuff
High energy song & skit show for children, brought to you by five energetic and attractive young talents. The opening/closing songs are really catchy (they better be, you see them twice a day for a week), and the skits are simple, fun and without pretension. My two year old loves the show and I enjoy it also.

Awesome show, very parent friendly!
This is a show that parents can watch with their kids that gets them both dancing, singing and learning! The skits help children ages 2-8 learn numbers, math, problem-solving, learn words and music and shapes. Its almost like a whole day of preschool in a 20 minute show that you will not be able to tear your kids away from. Plus, the songs are not annoying (compared to Barney or even the Wiggles) so even you will be singing them all day as well! Check out the show on TLC and Discovery, during their "Ready Set Learn" programming block, and be sure to pick up your copies of the 3 DVD or VHS released early August, and the CD that will be released in early September. Feelin hot hot hot
This show rocks. I am 21 and I love it. But it IS for kids... anywho it has singing and dancing and hot guys and girls... what more could u ask for? Very wholesome and better then some of the stupid shows out there. 10 outta 10 I hope they make this show 4ever!

Educational and fun at the same time is possible!
This show is one of the few I let my little girl watch. She's 10 months old but she already realizes when it's HI-5 time and loves the songs. She listens to them both in their Spanish and original English versions and the result is wonderful.
Children dance and sing and learn with each one of the members and the puppets.
As regards translation of the episodes, I can assure nothing is lost in translation and the result with older children is excellent too. I just wish the Hi-5 members would go on tour to see them live.
Congratulations to all of the team!
