Dr.Brackett's car is a 1975 Cadillac Coupe De Ville. The first car seen on this show with 3 point safety belts. The death of the other driver could have been prevented by this device. It was in the mid 1970's that they started to appear in American vehicles. More expensive cars like the Caddy always had the latest features. It also had dual front airbags available as an option that year.

Goofs
When Johnny uses the squad's radio to report the police officer suffering a heart attack, he holds the mic backwards, talking into the back of the mic. He also lets go of the transmit button while he is still talking.
