The cutaway gags start to feel sharper here, and the pacing is smoother than the pilot. That said, the humor is still hit-or-miss at times, and Meg's storyline doesn't get much attention. It's a funny, enjoyable episode that shows the potential of the series but still feels like it's finding its footing.
"I Never Met a Dead Man" is about how Peter crashes into the TV satellite and disrupts the whole town's TV power. Now Peter learns to live life without the TV.
Overall, this is a funny episode. It has some character development as we learn more about Peter. It's a bit better than the first one. I rate this episode 9/10.

The only way they could've done this is if the four of them had gone to the festival together and Peter and William stayed there while Lois and Meg went driving. However, Lois and Meg didn't go to the festival with Peter and William.
