    • Trivia
After Blanche laments that life has no meaning, Sophia asks if anyone wants popcorn. A deleted scene reveals that Blanche's pacemaker could be affected by the use of the microwave oven. (Later on in the episode the microwave oven is missing from the kitchen after the Dorothy and Rose donated it to Goodwill.) This scene was cut from the DVD because of the threat of a lawsuit from Microwave companies due to the proven fact that modern microwaves are no longer harmful to people with Pacemakers.
    • Goofs
After the two orderlies get Blanche to move over on the gurney. They move her out of the room and down the hall with the side rail on the side she transferred over. Still down. This is something that's not done in a hospital setting. The rails of the cart, gurney, or bed are supposed to be up unless a patient is being ambulated. And definitely, when that patient is being transported. Falls are a huge problem in hospitals. And serious steps are always a part of patient care.
    • Quotes

Blanche Devereaux: I don't care about anything anymore, life has no meaning.

Sophia Petrillo: So, who's for popcorn?

    • Alternate versions
A 30-second scene in which Dorothy and Sophia discuss the fact that they must give away their microwave is missing from the DVD version, as is the last line of the scene, which relates to it.
