Dying for Pie - 9/10 Imitation Krabs - 9/10

9/10 overall.

'Dying for Pie' is terrific. It's one of my favourites. The plot is really interesting and very profound at times. SpongeBob and Squidward are a classic comedy double act and Squidward's characterisation is very strong. The animation is not as on-model in 'Imitation Krabs' and some of the backgrounds look amateurish in comparison but there are still a lot of fun character expressions and the animation in the final scenes is the episode's best.

'Imitation Krabs' has a plot just as fun as 'Dying for Pie', but better art and animation. I love how Squidward sees through Plankton's disguise but takes the day off anyway. I don't know why a "hick town like Bikini Bottom" has a national anthem, but it's a good idea anyway. I also find it hilarious that Mr. Krabs can chase a penny for six and a half hours.

In conclusion, a great pairing of episodes that I never get tired of watching.

The episode was full of memes, fun moments, and iconic scenes. Dying for Pie show us that Squidward still have a heart and feelings for Sponge Bob and the explosion scene was so iconic. I love the compilation of things that both Squidward and Spongebob did. Imitation Krabs was also fun to watch not boring and not meh neither. Plankton failed to captured the secret formula was really good and this is just a blue print for the next episodes to happen and to come. Overall the 2 segments are great and produced stellar scripts, scenes, and iconic moments. I will give this 10/10 because of Dying for Pie.
