Goofs
Hetty produces a bottle of 'scotch' near the end of the episode. She identifies it as a Glen Garioch, which she pronounces phonetically (gah-rye-ock). Based on her extensive worldly knowledge and the story of how she obtained the bottle, she would know that the correct pronunciation differs from the spelling, it is pronounced Glen 'Gee-ree' (both syllables rhyming with 'bee')
