This movie popped up on my Amazon prime as a suggested movie. Usually I have to dig for these types of films.
The type? It's a low budget drama, with a morality play.
The scenes, the lighting, can look cheap at times. Give the movie a chance because it takes a few twists and turns.
If you ever met anyone who left "the industry", then you know this story is more than a story.
Nonfiction story telling is usually in the form of tv news magazine reporting, tho they always have an angle forcing their opinions on you.
This storytelling shows how we are all vulnerable, and our decisions affect other people.
The spammy 1star reviews reinforce my opinion that they are paid for shills trying to tear down the truth.

I had high hopes for this film. I like Neil Simon productions, I admire the actors, but this was unwatchable!
I turned it off after 30 minutes, this movie went absolutely nowhere.
I get the feeling this was simply a vehicle to give an overdue Oscar to George Burns.
If that was the case, they could have done a much better job!
Matthau was terribly miscast. Opening scenes did nothing for the storyline, cut them, and let George take stage!
It's as if the entire cast was jealous of George, and did their best to over emote in order to overshadow him. If that was not the plan, it was certainly the result.
