Now that you harvested a gobbler, what can you do with all those feathers? Join us during this virtual workshop as we showcase different ways you can use Turkey feathers. Hang on to those wings for wreaths, pluck the body feathers for jewelry, and keep that tail for a trophy!

After the harvest, cut off the wings (bone in) and tail, drop them in the freezer. Pluck body feathers, shove in a Ziploc bag and drop in freezer.

If you have ever wondered what exactly a gross score, net score, or a G3 means when it comes to deer antlers then join us for this virtual presentation on deer scoring. We will have a certified Boone & Crockett scorer present to you the basics of how deer are scored under this long established system. We will walk you through all of the measurements that are taken to determine your score and how you can calcuate it out to measure your own trophies.

This is a virtual presentation and an email will be sent out the morning of to invite those signed up to the virtual meeting. Make sure to check junk or spam folders if you have trouble finding the link.

NOTE: This is NOT a training to become a certified scorer. To be entered into record books, all antlers/horns/skulls must be scored by an Official Measurer of the organization that you wish to enter into.
