New Interest Stack
Interest StacksAll anime connected with Key, Tactics, and Jun Maeda, only excluding One: Kagayaku Kisetsu e - True Stories, which is a hentai. This is a part of a series of stacks that are about artistic tendencies in anime (and that border the fine line between sophisticated and pretentious). Anime adaptations of various visual novels. Their total number is clearly more than the allowable limit, so I tried to add mainly adaptations of novels by well-known brands (Key, 5pb, Aquaplus), or those with well-known adaptations. Given the many sequels, spin-offs, and versions (especially in the case of the Fate series), I added only very first anime in the franchise. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘙𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘪 𝘶𝘴𝘦 A stack for all of the shows that give you *that* feeling. The feeling of watching a group of friends find each other, love each other, lose each other, and experience something unforgettable. What will you do this summer? Who will you love this summer? What will you encounter this summer? Key is a Japanese visual novel studio known for making dramatic and plot-oriented titles. It was formed on July 21, 1998, as a brand under the publisher Visual Arts, and is located in Kita, Osaka. All the anime in this stack have at least one visual novel adaptation (be it official or unofficial), sequel/prequel, or spin-off. It includes both anime adapted from VNs and adapted into VNs. This stack DOES NOT include unofficial 18+ visual novel adaptations, nor any non-distributed visual novels, nor low-quality parodies or spin-offs. Anime adaptions that are based on Visual Novels, and the Visual Novels have been translated to English. Also Eroge, Bishoujo Game/Galge, Otome Game, Nakige/Nukige tag. This Interest Stack contains all of Jun Maeda's great works that I think you shouldn't miss. So don't forget to watch them out ! These are shows that I predict will have lasting, material impact on anime as an art form after they are released in the calendar year of 2025. The list is in season and then alphabetical order. It showcases ∼ 13 tv series / season. ongoing list of full-length series that are "essential" to understanding 2020's anime. the list currently covers anime from 2020-2025 and is a combination of MAL's top 50 highest rated series of the decade, my personal top 50 of the decade, and highly-rated entries from a few other profiles. the number of anime from each year is capped at 25. This stack will be tracking all of the new romance anime that releases this year. The new anime will be added as they release. (Doesn’t contain sequels only romance anime that started in 2025) Iyashikei (癒し系, lit. "healing" or "healing-type"[1][2][3]) is a genre specific to Japanese works, primarily manga and anime. It is a sub-genre of slice of life, portraying characters living out peaceful lives in calming environments, and is intended to have a healing effect on the audience. Anime that I have watched in Spring of 2025 |
