In Xellos' case, if you see his eyes open, you're dead. nice. i wasn't a huge fan of xellos' character, but i do like the trope. similar to chizuru from squid girl surprised to see someone mention slayers here, though i like the sequels, i wasn't as huge of a fan of them as i was the original series which is one of my all-time favorite anime. i thought it got consistently worse with each sequel...not unlike most continuing anime. |
