| With the unlikely help from Who's Who's Norman Randstat, Finn and the others able to find where Ban is holding Theodore at the Schmidt House. Sugar picking up the pieces after Young's sudden assassination, and with both Wendy and Vijay going straight to the royal family with the Cards intact until Theodore is secured, the plot becomes clear that one of the royal princes is in cahoots with Ban to get the Cards and succeed the throne. And Ban's version of the entire affair, to play an X-Hand to turn back time and save his politician father, whiich Theodore stopped him on the spot, at the very same place where he engraved his father's loss. The reason for TILT becoming San Galgano? Ban had happened to witness the Black Knight's murder of Finn's family, and their interests aligned. And Theodore is paying the price now for his "mistake" on Ban, though he has an X-Hand in secret to fight back for the temporal moment, all in an effort to save his very own friend, and he instead, put Leo and everyone back in the same dream manipulation where he seems dead, and TILT just wants to exact revenge whatever the way goes. The ending of this will be unpredictable now... |
| Tilt and Finn really do look super similar. I guess what Tilt said at 13:34, "After killing my parents, I had to live in the shadows", confirms that they are siblings. Theodore didn't die thankfully, I like him now. But what did Dan want to do exactly? To revive Theodore and make him see how "Fourland goes up in flames"? Ohhh, interesting ending. |
| I wonder what will Sugar be doing next? Maybe she'll bust that prince for assisting in terrorism? Pretty sure TILT is Finn's brother! They have the same eyeshape, the character design having TILT wear that sunglasses all the time really hid that obvious hint from us. Also man Theodore saying "the one I wanted to protect was you" to Ban and it ends with Ban sacrificing himself for Theodore. :( |
| This episode was a little confusing, everyone using X-Hand now? Is this the finale of the series? The Battle against Ban ends with the death of Theodore, but why is Ban dead then at the end? Did he use X-Hand to save Theodore or who saved him? And again the episode ends with a cliffhanger, but well- nothing will happen to Finn. |
| This was a super heavy episode full of feels, I'm not a fan of the cliffhanger after all that but I guess we'll see next week. |
| Yea tbh I kinda sympathise with Ban after learning what happened with he and Theodore in the past. Losing your eye and then losing your father’s existence, that’s just too cruel. Theodore was too rigid with the rules, and then he ended up playing an X hand himself in the future. So Ban turned back time to bring back Theodore, making Theodore a product of the very same X hand he tried to prevent in the past, at the cost of Ban’s life. A very Ban Klondike move. I guess Theodore revealing that he stopped Ban in the past to protect him moved him. As expected, TILT couldn’t be trusted and showed his true colours at the end. Think this is the first time we saw him without his sunglasses and tbh he looked a lot like Finn.. his line about killing his parents kinda implies they’re siblings which is a wild twist. Wild cliffhanger, we’re definitely getting close to the end here. Feel bad for Sugar, I wonder what she’ll do with the detective dead.. they had just started getting so close too, shame he had to go out like that. Maybe she’ll go after the prince? |

| If Theodore had been honest with Ban back during his first X-Hand attempt, there would have been a lot LOT less trouble for Fourland! Besides that, amazing episode and it suprised me Ban actually sacrificed himself to save Theodore. Did he only do it to have Theodore witness the end? Did he do it for Leo? For Theodore himself? I guess that's up for interpretation. Next week will be Finn's trauma going all out... Oh dear... And I still want to see Norman in action! |

Wow this show just keeps getting better and better as the episodes go by the whole ordeal between Theodore and Ban was amazing man such a good bromance those 2 had, and Ban sacrificed himself by rewinding time to save Theodore like how he was going to save his father back in the past bros a real one for his friend☹️😢

| That prince with the long hairs always seemed (already from the char design visually) like he might be evil. Did not suspect TILT as Finn's brother before. (I always thought he loked more like Chris lol. More "elegant".) But with this episode it was pretty much confirmed that he is Finn#s brother. (Especially the thing with him having killed the parents ... was mentioned.) A bit weird. I thought they somewhere in the past mentioned that some politician (minister or something?) got "possessed" by San Galgano. (And I thought the person would have to be older because of this. Or being stopped from aging - TILT being older than he looks.) But if that actually was the fasther of TILT/Finn that first got possesed ... then it can make sense I think. |

| How did I not notice sooner that TILT was Finn's brother? They have the same haircut even. Also, tense sequence between Theodore and Ban, we now know why the latter despised the former so much during all those years but in the end was able to forgive him. Now Finn's probably gonna learn the truth while the leech that killed Young keeps aiming for the throne. This got good. |

| A couple of plot twists occurred with both Ban sacrificing himself to save Theo and then TILT most likely being the brother of Finn. With Ban down I wonder what that treasonous prince will do? I'm thinking Sugar will intersect with the High Card people to confront him. |
| Boy, just when I thought things made sense from the past couple of episodes' info drops, a new twist was introduced into the plot. Not only that, but Finn was consumed by San Galgano and, by the looks of the preview, have another backstory episode in store for next week. When the ending seemed fairly predictable, everything got shaken up with this episode, making the finale for this series just that bit more interesting. Welp, we have two more episodes left, and things are being set up for what seems to be a grand finale–perhaps even a final battle to end it all. On a side note, I must applaud everyone else in this thread that pointed out the small details from previous episodes and how they are all connected. If it weren't for that, I may as well have just been watching for the entertainment value, so hearing these perspectives helped provide a cohesive understanding of the plot as a whole. But yeah, since this is an original anime, we'll have to see how the production wraps it up for these last two episodes. |
