A over the top silly harem concept executed quickly, with great art and cheeky humor.
The monster girls are fairly humanoid, but the author (who I was surprised to learn also did the more popular Killing Bites) clearly put some thought behind what each sort of insect would have as their charm points in a human context, giving you a few enotomology facts along the way.
It's worth the read if you are not opposed to nudity/ecchi, you won't miss a masterpiece, but it's a fun thing you can waste half an hour on. If series like Rent A Girlfriend get loads of volumes and anime, Konchuki
