Both having the main character having a high status at school, Riku and Hime both get treated differently from the other high schoolers because of their high status. these shoujo mangas are similar in almost every way.

It's by the same mangaka with the same art style. The characters are very similar in appearance.

Because the heroines are daughters of men who have a lot of power (although in different areas), they are taken advantage of constantly by other men and find it hard to find someone they can trust.

Both stories are about a high school girl and guy who seem to like each other, but are surrounded by misunderstandings, jealousy, and friends who like the same person. In my opinion, Nagatachou Strawberry is a lot better, but if you like one, you'll probably like the other.

They both have somewhat of a similar art style.

Both series contain that best friend type character that really hates the main lead, but sticks around because of love infatuation. Also, the main female must tame the male lead. Different plot, but very similar feel.
