Experience/expertise: 15 years in IT with 8 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. I started as a platform owner at a customer and have been at ServiceNow for over 5 years.

Current projects: Creating and developing at-scale enablement strategies and material to help our customers, partners, and colleagues to adopt the latest Workflow Automation products and employ best practices.

3 random facts: This is my eighth Knowledge conference. I’m currently learning my 4th and 5th languages. My cat was a dog in her former life and plays fetch.
