This character was a horse that roamed the West righting wrongs, bearing some resemblance to the 1955-1960 NBC Saturday-morning TV series Fury
 (for which Dell Publishing released a tie-in comic-book series). 
 The Charlton comic featured artwork by Dick Giordano and Rocco “Rocke” Mastroserio 
and lasted 58 issues.

Notes
One of Boardman's traditional British comic/story annuals that accompanied their Rotogravure series. Others were the Adventure Annual series and the New Spaceways Comic Annual. 
These British annuals feature a mixture of comics, activities, and illustrated text stories. 
The dust jacket and board covers have the same painted illustration.

Change is to have the start year as 1966. If you are going to keep the year ending as 1971, 
you need to add skeleton records for 113 and 114.
Notes
These were published two a month and the date of publication ie Month and Year are on the last story page. The insider covers would be an advert for the other one that month and for the two titles for the next month. Working back from the issue I own, I calculate that the first two would have come out in May 1966 and that the last two (113 and 114) would have been published in January 1971.
