Normandy Waffen SS and a Kublewagon Repainted

Below are some shots of recently completed AB Waffen SS with a couple of TQD poses mixed in… They will be some additional poses for my Normandy 1SS corps. I also repainted an old Hasagawa Kublewagon with some PSC riders for my Panzer Lehr Army. Hope you enjoy!!

AB Waffen SS for Normandy

Below are my finished AB Waffen SS for Normandy, I still have 16 more poses to paint as well as vehicle crews, Halftrack riders and tank riders. I am dedicating my efforts in the short term to getting this army to look really superb. I have se plans to shore up armor and recce and arty to make this a balanced and visually stunning army! I will keep posting my progress! Hope you enjoy!

AAR BGO Battle in the Bocage

Below are some shots of a BGO battle in the Bocage Country in Normandy between a U.S. Armored battlegroup and a Waffen SS Panzer Battlegroup. The objective for the Americans was to clear the bocage and seize the crossroads and exit points. The game ended after 6 Turns in a draw. Fun was had on both sides and we were treated to some new hedges and bocage and trees that were refurbished with the miraculous material, rubberized horsehair. This game also feature all new SS figures from AB and TQD. I will be sure to post updates for this army in a separate piece. Hope you enjoy!

Half tracks and Hedges

Below are some shots of two half tracks I built and painted and some medium hedges I just completed. The sdkfz 251/1 (PSC) will round out my Panzer Lehr armoured platoon. The Sdkfz 250/3 (italeri) will be the forward HQ for my Ost front Waffen SS. Very excited about both of these additions! I also made medium hedges out of some old foam and woodland scenics flock in various colors. I have been working very hard and have a few surprises coming up in the form of some major projects that are nearly ready to share!
