Kampfgruppe Normandy AAR- scenario

Here are some shots of my game with my wife. We played a scenario from Kampfgruppe Normandy with Battlegroup Rules. She was the British, and I the Germans. I defeated her in a quick game of 6 turns. Also can be seen my newly painted early war miniatures flexible road system. I am very impressed by the quality and will surely go back to buy their rural roads. Hope you enjoy!

Lauren and I played a quick squad level BGO game where the US battlegroup had to clear a town of Heer defenders. The US broke eventually in a quick and exciting game. Below is pictorial account:

my wife and I played a quick re-enactment of the famous or infamous if you will Michael Wittman rampage though villers bocage. We used Battlegroup rules and the scenario from Kampfgruppe Normandy. The map we used came from Rapid Fires website. Below are pics showing the action as it unfurled.

AAR BGO Battle in the Bocage

Below are some shots of a BGO battle in the Bocage Country in Normandy between a U.S. Armored battlegroup and a Waffen SS Panzer Battlegroup. The objective for the Americans was to clear the bocage and seize the crossroads and exit points. The game ended after 6 Turns in a draw. Fun was had on both sides and we were treated to some new hedges and bocage and trees that were refurbished with the miraculous material, rubberized horsehair. This game also feature all new SS figures from AB and TQD. I will be sure to post updates for this army in a separate piece. Hope you enjoy!

Below are some photos from my last game with the Panzer Lehr attacking a U.S. Infantry force around St. Lo. I made up the scenario to represent a clash in July during a German Counteroffensive in Normandy. Rules as usual come from battle group overlord. Hope you enjoy!
