Remember my burnt pumpkin kueh? Well, the first batch of the tasteless pumpkin puree went into this cheesecake. Although overall I was happy with this cheesecake, what was missing was the natural creamy sweetness of pumpkin.

Pumpkin Rice
I remember cooking this one pot savory rice way back in 2014 after I was discharged from the hospital. It's one of my favorite dishes as it is not only easy to cook but really so delicious it makes for a very satisfying meal.

Curried Pumpkin
When I go to my regular Indian restaurant, I will take a peek at their dishes and hope that they have pumpkin. Most of the time they do. Sometimes the pumpkin is in chunks, sometimes a mixture of chunk and mush and at other times it is all mushy.

Pumpkin with Dried Prawns and Curry Leaves
There are already more than 500 entries for this month's LTU event and Eileen is one busy lady. Who would have thought that the humble pumpkin, fabled to turn into a golden carriage by Cinderella's Fairy Godmother, would garner such overwhelming support. Pumpkin Pecan Cake
The recipe for this cake comes from the book Lovely Butter Cakes by Amy Wong and KS Lee. However, the cake does not contain any butter but uses corn oil instead. Butter is applied only on the surface of the cake together with icing sugar and orange essence. It is an easy cake to make as it only involves the simple mixing of wet to dry ingredients, pretty much like making muffins.
