Ian helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my servers settings. It was driving me up a wall and we were able to get it resolved in no time at all. It was GREATLY appreciated and now my buds and I can have a much better experience on our server.

After moving from beta branch could not get Space engineers server to update to newest version.

Support was very fast to answer to tickets.
While first they tried standard reinstall, recheck suggestions after these sanity checks did not work they got their admins to take a look at server.

Solved it all in less than a day, mostly because I had to sleep during their responses :D

Every single time I have contacted support, I have been met with nothing but the MOST helpful people on the planet - not because they just fix my issue, but they've explained it along the way as well. Where do I start? Lou P patiently diagnosed my issues as I muddled through a messy arma 3 server install.
And forwarded helpful hints and explanations to a first timer at hosting making it a great experience. I was told Havoc was very expensive but the customer service is totally worth it. Thanks again to all your helpful staff that helped me move forward. I hope someone important reads this and issues well earned bravo zulu's.

Had issues with mods not downloading and the responses came back quickly and I was able to get my problem solved fairly fast.

First, they had game servers for a very niche odd game called Empyrion Galactic Survival. 2nd, they had workshop compatibility, and even easier one click installations for the most popular modpacks (the game is kinda ehhh vanilla).

I had an issue joining my server, something wrong with the files, and they helped me and fixed it probably within 30 minutes and they responded in about 10 minutes. Highly reccomend. They were even familiar with the modpacks of this specific game.

Great service and support. I had inadvertently requested a cancel of my account and then when I decided to keep it. They were able to reset the server to where it was right before it was cancelled. which is awesome. thank you all again Host Havoc.

Four outstanding individuals worked so hard to make this work. Zack S, Michael S, Taylor G, and Chris H. So much frustration and agony in setting this up, entirely due to my own lack of knowledge in the subject matter, and they stayed completely patient with impeccable response times helping me fix the problem every step of the way. Host havoc IS the best hosting platform, if not for the incredible team, the up to date software is miles ahead all competitors, and trust me, I have tried many. I can wholeheartedly recommend this service to anybody curious on not just hosting Project Zomboid, but any game they offer. The extensive help they have given here has also been given to multiple minecraft servers I have ran through them. Truly an outstanding company when it comes to customer service.

Bait and switch. I wanted to play alone and learn the new mechanics introduced to the game in peace since it had been years since I played. I bought a basic server. I had no mods. I played alone maybe 2-3 hours a day. I got notice that I had exceeded my memory allocation and needed to either fix it or pay for an upgrade. What a joke. I cant play alone with no mods on a basic server? What did I pay for, a running server that can just sit there?!

My experience with Host Havoc has been really good, just wanted to set up an Ark server for a few friends to play on with some cool mods. Had a couple of problems with being unable to join the server but when I contacted the 24hour customer service they answered very quickly and were very good suggesting fixes and were able to resolve the issues both times. Thank you Taylor G from Host Havoc customer service. I can recommend and suggest you use this company for your hosting.

Zack literally responded within one singular minute. You don't get that quality of service ANYWHERE. Especially at most of these godforsaken server farms, where the most service you can get is to help you buy more of their crap. Even though HostHavoc's UI isn't the greatest, they compensate with incredible above-and-beyond service, such that if you're a layman like myself, you don't need to be worried about accidentally breaking all your server stuff by adding something dumb or pressing a wrong button. Much kudos to them! Will be here awhile

I've had servers hosted by several other hosting companies. Havok blows them away, the others take days to respond to a query, havok answers in minutes. I ask if something is feasible with another company the answer is always no we don't do that, havok goes to great lengths to make something work or tell you how to do it. They have been amazing answering any tickets I've put it. Sunday at 3 am, they'll get back to you in like 10 minutes.

Having problems after problems with other server company’s I come over to host havoc and I have the same problems I had 4 staff members come into my ticket and help fix all the issues I had and took there time to help with everything, if anyone needs or wants a server provider for anything I would highly suggest host havoc, they are wonderful people kind and helpful and they will dedicate there time to help you 10000% recommend them
