Keep it aside. • Heat oil in a pot, add butter. • Add 2 chopped onions and saute them until it turns light golden brown. • Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, saute until the raw smell goes away. • Add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
