First - I want to finish webbing the top for Sukoon.
Second - I want to web the top for Otsego Revisited.
Third - I want to web the top for Jingle Bells.
THEN I can start playing with another project
that has been cut out and waiting for a while now.
A tumbler quilt I've named Hello July that was
seeded with the fabrics from this layer cake.
With the movement of items back to the bonus room
aka Younger Son's new living space
it was time to clean and freshen up the design studio.
DH helped me add this small design wall
in place of the quilt hanging rod
on the entry wall of the room.
Flexible display space . . . I like it.
And I inherited a leftover 2-drawer filing cabinet
that fit perfectly into the opening between
two of the existing drawer pedestals.
It is perfect for printed/bound tutorials,
patterns with acrylic templates,
information on speciality rulers,
and patterns of all sorts.
And there was even enough space on top
to add a splash of color with four of my quilts.
Progress comes in many forms.

I see you have those nice projects all lined up to work on...
Meanwhile....I am still dithering on my courthouse Step blocks as the ones I am making now don't seem to fit the "vibe" I had going when I stopped!!;000
I think I've used up all those vintage-y fabrics I had as leftovers before...so maybe it'll be done; and I will add borders or spacers...decisions, decisions, right?

I love the colors of Otsego Revisited and had to go back and refresh my mind on it's history. I still don't know how you keep track of so many projects. I'm hoping with the coming of autumn temperatures, I'll be able to get back to working on some of mine (if I can remember what they were, haha).

It all looks positively grand. I have clipped webbing for far too long. Since there have been no quilt reteats, they keep sitting in their bags. Everything looks like an inviting work space.

That makes good sense to have a flexible display space on that entry wall. So much nicer than just one hanging rod.
great quilts in progress! you're so organized it always blows me away! do i remember correctly that you participated in the snowflake QAL last time it was running? i think so- i rmeember i asked you a question about the size of the squares... anyway- did you see it's going another round starting tomorrow? i'm joining in this time! but was curious to see yours? can you steer me in the right direction?
