Shipping policy
Orders are processed and assembled within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an electronic confirmation with a tracking code.
If the purchased item is unavailable, a staff member will contact you via email or phone to offer an alternative product or refund the unavailable item.
If you have chosen the "Prepayment Invoice" payment method, the order will only be shipped after the payment has been received (this does not apply to customers with a signed cooperation agreement).
IMPORTANT NOTICE
When purchasing water-based products during cold weather, please choose delivery via SmartPosti or pick up the order at a Latvian Post office. These providers store shipments indoors, ensuring product quality regardless of temperature fluctuations.
SIA "Radošo darbu galerija" is not responsible for damaged goods if the customer selects an unsuitable delivery method.
