A 10 stud wide 38 stud long Batmobile from the movie Batman Forever. It seats two (yes Batman can wear his cowl and cape in it just needs to lean back a little), but it is as close to speed champs scale as you can get and keep the details. The Batmobile's are wider than normal cars (hence the 10 wide) and are longer.
This model has the large fin from the movie and a second shorter fin that you can build if you want.
The wheels use the light bluish gray 2x2 round tile with the stud holder in the back (you need to print the batlogo on transparent sticker paper), as Lego only has the part in yellow with the bat logo on it!
Now for the dash, I have 2 cool printed tiles on it but you could use any tech tiles for it.
For the 1x4 (part: 3066) transparent dark blue bricks, you can use the 1x2 (part: 3065) in dark or light transparent blue as they are cheaper in either color than the 1x4 bricks.
These two changes could save like $10 to $20 on the cost of parts.
