An easy sushi recipe that tastes as good as it looks, inari sushi is deep-fried tofu ‘pockets’ filled with sushi rice. This is also a great way to use up leftover sushi rice. Add to your lunchbox and enjoy them on them on their own, or combine them with other bento dishes.
