Normalement la harcha se fait majoritairement avec de la semoule fine mais j'avais que la moyenne donc j'ai tenté et j'aime beaucoup de résultat 👌🏼 Ingrédients pour 8 pièces : • 450g de semoule moyenne • 2 càs de sucre (vous pouvez remplacer par du miel) • 1 càc de levure chimique • Pincée de sel • 100ml d'huile d'olive • 200ml de lait (végétal pour ma part) Mélangez puis laissez la semoule absorber tous les liquides. Vous pouvez utiliser un couvercle de bocal 🫙 pour former les harchas.
