Avoid at all costs. This is my second review of this company and it doesn’t get any better. They will respond to this trust pilot review and ask that you email your issues to this email address (resolutions…..) this is also a SCAM! I’ve emailed and had absolutely no response. If I were you I’d report them to your bank, and claim your money back. They are fraudulent and do not resolve any issues that you raise.

WARNING! Do not buy football tops from KITS 26! I waited almost 4 months for my jersey EVENTUALLY it arrived after ordering a large mens even though it said large in the back it was more like a small. This is a total waste of time please avoid!

Great quality product and communication from the team throughout the ordering process. Delivery was slightly delayed but the team kept me informed throughout. Will certainly order again very soon!

Ordered 3 kits at the start of July. Order didn't arrive until the end of August. Only provided me with 2 of the shirts I ordered. Took multiple weeks for them to process a refund for me despite messaging them often. Do not recommend, terrible customer service.

The quality of these jerseys r absolutely insane for just 29 euro. There’s only one place to buy jerseys and it’s kits 26. Wow

Ordered 4 kits for my kids birthday expecting them to be here before already been 5+ weeks and still no updates on my order to see where it is only to keep getting sorry about the inconvenience that this has caused you from the WhatsApp support very poor service from these I feel like I have just wasted £100 AVOID AT ALL COSTS scammmmm

If there was an option of zero stars I would give it. About 3 months to receive, I enquired about sizing before hand to make sure but it was completely off, also threads hanging out of crest. Woulf recommend just buying authentic

I’ve seen some bad reviews so here’s my take.. the delivery time was 7 weeks which is not ideal but the kit itself was excellent quality you won’t be disappointed. Just remember the delivery is longer than you would hope for

I ordered 4 kits from here, 2 home and 2 away, both with personalised names and numbers on the back, they arrived today and I can not fault them in anyway, they are perfect, sizes are great and the materials of the product is great! No faults or complaints from me… about to place another order now for the 3rd kits…

My only thing was the time it took to arrive, but completely get it with the fact they have personal names on so no big deal there, and when I messaged to find out what was happening, I got a speedy response on WhatsApp from the company and they always helped with any questions I had! Great customer service!!

Overall I 100% advise people to buy from here if you don’t want to be getting your pockets robbed from high street stores!

I would have left 0 stars if I was able to. I’ve submitted a few orders previously but the latest order has arrived and I’m so disappointed I felt I needed to vent. I’d made a mistake on the order but I immediately contacted their customer service team to tell them (within 1 minute of placing the order), only to see when the items arrived there was no correction done as per my request. So that shirt can’t be worn. If you use their free name and number offer it means you can’t send the shirts back so they’ve got you over a barrel. Make sure you don’t get the name and number option so you can try the tops on and return if they don’t fit. And just so you know, all of the sizes are VERY similar. I’d ordered a 2XL which should be massive but in reality it’s like a medium. I then ordered the 4XL but it’s only a fraction larger than their 2XL but because I got a name and number on the back I can’t return any of them. So I’ve got 6 shirts that I can’t do anything with. Complete waste of money!! Oh and it took over 6 weeks to arrive

Sizing is terrible. Also loose strings from the jerseys. Now having to pay to return but they tried offer 30% off a future order. Please avoid

Tops are great quality and staff are on hand to assist with any queries or concerns one may have.

Prices are great and very reasonable, 100% my go to moving forward.

The quality of my Argentina Jersey exceeded my expectations..

Ordered four weeks ago. Still nothing nor a tracking email. Emailed asking for an update, clearly a generic email sent out. Have emailed again today as no top sent and end of expected delivery date is approaching tomorrow and no top or tracking number and have a little bit who keeps asking where his top is. So have asked for a refund as this is ridiculous. Clearly a scam. Avoid!!!!

Great quality shirts, but sizing and returns are a problem

I would have happily left a positive review because the actual quality of the shirts I received is excellent. Unfortunately, the sizing and the way my complaint has been handled have really let the experience down.

The website says the shirts are true to UK/European sizing. I normally wear an XL in shirts bought in the UK, but having heard it was advisable to size up, I ordered 2XL for extra room. Despite this, the 2XL shirts I received are actually smaller than my UK XL shirt. I would say they fit more like a UK Large.

I contacted Kits26 and provided the photos and information they requested. I was told I could return the shirts to China, but I would have to pay the international return postage myself. This was disappointing because their own returns policy states that return shipping is covered where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Their alternative solution was for me to keep the shirts and receive a 30% discount to order them again in a larger size. I don't consider that a reasonable solution when I ordered based on the sizing information provided on their website.

I replied explaining that I was happy to return the shirts but believed Kits26 should cover the return postage in accordance with their own policy. Since then, I have received no response despite following up.

It's a shame because the shirts themselves are genuinely very good quality. Had the sizing been as advertised and the issue been dealt with properly, my review would have been completely different.

So my advice to anyone ordering adult shirts is to be extremely careful with the sizing. In my experience, their 2XL is considerably smaller than a UK 2XL and is even smaller than my UK XL.

i’m not being updated at all with my order they take a very long time to reply to emails it’s been almost a month and my order hasn’t come yet i’m honestly considering asking for my money back and calling it a day absolute scam

Unbelievable quality, just ordered a size up as mine came slightly too small. Quality is unmatched

This is just an update on a review it did before.after placing 2 separate orders and lots of promises to get issue sorted which never happened I got a random emailing me to apologise yet again and as an apology I could pick 2 tops for free which I thought this was a good thing so I picked 2 tops and emailed back.ive been ignored for 3 days.im sure I will get the same reply they give to a lot of their customers.meanwhile im still seeing videos on tic tok about how great they are.

I ordered three kits for my son’s birthday and four weeks later no sign. I got in contact and they said they would contact the courier which I never heard back. After contacting them again they offered 50% off my next order. When I said I just wanted my original order they gave me a partial refund and said they would resend the order. After another four weeks only half the order arrived and the quality wasn’t great. Since then all my emails have been ignored. Terrible company. Avoid. Poor customer service.
